A Dr recently advised me to use NAC for my granddaughter who bites and picks at the skin around her nails. I noticed a difference almost immediately. I can tell when she does not have it. I took one of her gummies and had cramping from gas. I have IBS and am very sensitive. I am trying it again to make sure that is what caused it. Appreciate the video! I'm a recovering alcoholic and opiate addict and have been clean for three years. I have some cannabis in the evenings in edible form sometimes but am deciding to lay off it for a while. I have a new job role and decided if I hate it, I may look elsewhere for work and want to be able to pass a drug test. Not sure if it's a placebo or not, but on day one of taking this, I'm noticing cannabis cravings are practically nonexistent despite me having weed in my drawer in my room. Wild! Thank you for the rundown on the side effects/dangers. That has been the reason I've hesitated on NAC.
This drug gave me the worst anhedonia in my entire life. I had zero interest in sex or any other activities. Then I looked it up on Reddit and everyone was saying the same thing. I will never touch this crap again. Within 2 days of stopping I felt my normal self again.
