Homeless people experiencing schizophrenic episodes are likely triggered by high the cannabis use. What the fuck? This is a great example of the books being written by people with no real world experience.
Reduces my cortisol levels. I'm not into being 'stoned'. I used to live 'Fight or Flight' all the time. Now I don't. Praise the lord.
(I don't call it 'weed', I don't listen to gangster rap, and I don't drink alcohol)
I know two people who were diagnosed with schizophrenia after starting weed as teens. I won't jump to the conclusion that the explosion of homelessness is related but I do wonder if there's causation from THC. I will say early intervention works for schizophrenia and stopping for a full 60 days will reduce or eliminate psychosis to prove the connection. So just be aware if you or friends use it. That way you can get on it quick if you find yourself seeing roaches scrambling around your house and vans parked outside your house, etc.
I started smoking weed at 18, and have been smoking until this year. By the time I was 20, it was everyday smoking, with vapes allowing it to be throughout the day. I'm curious what effects this might have had on my brain, and if I want to continue using weed in my life. I have ADHD, CPTSD, depersonalization/derealization disorder and struggle to socialize as a result of some not-so-nice things which happened to me growing up. When I first started using, it was this incredible thing which opened my mind, allowed me to process emotions and ideas better, as well as calm down and not stress about things. As of the last time I smoked, it had become a slight buzz which only indicated I had inhaled the vapour. I would buy those THC reign drops (30/0) and practically drink them so as to feel the actual effects of chemical inebriation. Addiction is common in my family, as well as other issues, such as self harm and more serious, tragic matters. It's been about a Month without weed, and I'm still trying to figure out my choices on continuing to use or staying sober. You have people like Snoop and Seth Rogan who openly smoke excessive amounts all day without problem. The major issue I was having was tolerance all but gone, and anxiety becoming more apparent. I am curious, however, as to the signifigant impact weed has had on me due to the age I was when I began smoking. My SIL began smoking at the age of 14, whereas I started as an adult (18) but still understand how the brain keeps developing until the age of 25. I also have next to no short-term-memory towards small details, such as numbers, addresses and names. I'm pretty much aware of all risks and concerns as of now, but do still wonder if I might have signifigantly damaged my brain from the amount smoked and the time initiated.
Any type of an abuse is abuse. But there are studies in Parkinson’s disease patients where it has been severely effective and in PTSD patients. I’m one of them, but I don’t go out and get the highest potency THC get regular cannabis. CBD does nothing for me, but marijuana with THC in it calms me down and allows me to go to sleep and lessons the nightmares. But abuses abuse and nothing in large quantities is good for you. My opinion.
You guys didn't say jack shit, expected better.
I was never a user. But yesterday I had a terrible trip. I went to the hospital. I was in a state of total despair, paranoia, fear. Fear of death.
It was scary as scare gets.
Today after I slept and got back from the hospital, I still feel like my brain has changed and I feel susceptive for more anxiety and more panic attacks.
Please help
Thank you
Lost me when he said that he considers herb a psychedelic, but doesn’t think mdma is 😂 sounds like a mdma user for sure
People have been
using. substances
forever to alter their
perceptions.
WHY IS THAT ?
Is it safe to use CBD products vs thc
its insane huberman felt saying that homeless ppl were kids who smoked too much weed? as someone who values science, correlation, causation, and academic principal, anyone who looks up to this guy should be floored. He's actively taking massive steps back due to stupidity
For some young people dealing with stresses in college, dealing with other mental health issues like ADHD, Bipolar, depression, disrupting sleep. It all plays a huge role in psychosis and lasting schizophrenias for some people. It’s horrible and it ruins peoples lives and those who work in the mental health field know about this, they know. Psychiatry has no real understanding of what to do or how to restore people’s lives after this happens
Ketogenic diets should be a first line treatment but reguardless, people need better options
Make more of this videos😂😂
Great video
I am diagnosed schizophrenic psychotic and autism
I had multiple psychosis attacks some worse and felt like death the others like I was in a dream I didn't sleep and almost was the end of me
Stabbed myself in the leg because i saw a demon in my room and did horrible stuff to people
I was desperate for help and medications to help me stop thinking just for a second
Then out of curiosity I started weed and I promised myself whenever I smoked I wanna be on a save surrounding in case I lose my crap again
So I went to the forest
And tried it out I had the most greatest experience out of my intire life I felt my vision was brighter and my thought more organized
I tolled my therapist all of it and even he said that I should continue but doing it on the same spot I do smoke weed now for couple of months
And whenever the next day come which I don't smoke
(I only smoke once a week sometimes two times)
The days I am without it I felt better then before I felt more patient and practical
I can think clearer now and things don't bother me no more as they usually do
Conclusion I think weed is different to everyone
I can save you or it can k1ll you so it's realy a wild card
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Today, I want to highlight the profound significance of medicinal hemp and cannabis, plants that have been cherished for their healing properties throughout history. These plants contain cannabinoids, such as phytocannabinoids, and other medicinal compounds like terpenes and flavonoids, which have demonstrated remarkable potential in enhancing health and well-being.
Despite the wealth of scientific evidence supporting their benefits, users of these medicinal herbs often face unjust stigma and legal challenges. This not only undermines their right to health but also infringes upon their religious freedoms. Many individuals use these plants as part of their spiritual practices, yet they are penalized and even incarcerated for doing so. This is a clear violation of their rights to religious freedom and personal autonomy.
Moreover, medicinal hemp and cannabis can significantly contribute to environmental sustainability. By utilizing these plants, we can develop carbon-free processes that help combat climate change and promote a healthier planet.
It is crucial to advocate for the recognition and protection of these plants, not only for their medicinal and environmental benefits but also to uphold the rights and freedoms of those who use them. Let us work together to educate and inform, breaking down the barriers of ignorance and misinformation. By doing so, we can pave the way for a future where medicinal plants are valued and utilized to their fullest potential, promoting health, sustainability, and respect for individual rights.
Thank you.
Impossible to pontificate authoritatively on how cannabis effects users without being a user. My first-hand experience should prove more true to reality than any other hypothesis from an inexperienced expert.

It is being used to help youth with seizures at children’s hospitals
CBD is very different than THC
I'm fairly successful in my career, romantic relationships, and hobbies but I am addicted to weed (from 22 to 27, 6-7 days a week). For me, the only chance I have at managing the addiction is antidepressants. Wishing everyone the best of luck
*The Hidden Power of Medicinal Plants*
In a world where the oligarchy writes the laws, the true potential of medicinal plants often remains shrouded in stigma and misinformation. Despite the claims that these plants are dangerous drugs, the reality is far different. Cannabis, kratom, San Pedro, peyote, and magic mushrooms are not just plants; they are powerful allies in the quest for health and well-being.
Take THC, for example. This compound found in cannabis is often labeled as intoxicating, but in truth, it plays a crucial role in maintaining homeostasis in the body. Homeostasis is the body's ability to maintain a stable internal environment, and THC helps regulate various physiological processes, from appetite to pain sensation.
Beyond THC, many other medicinal herbs are unfairly stigmatized. These plants are often dismissed as psychological or psychedelic, but this dismissal ignores the growing body of scientific evidence supporting their benefits. For instance, cannabis has shown promise in managing epilepsy, reducing the frequency and severity of seizures. It also offers potential benefits for diabetes, helping to regulate blood sugar levels and reduce the risk of complications.
The stigma surrounding these plants is not based on science but on outdated rhetoric. This rhetoric often serves to protect the interests of those who benefit from the status quo, rather than the health and well-being of individuals. It's a narrative that seeks to undermine the efforts of herbalists and advocates who recognize the potential of these plants to address pressing health issues and even combat climate change.
Despite the challenges, the truth about medicinal plants is slowly gaining recognition. As more people share their stories and as scientific research continues to uncover their benefits, the stigma begins to fade. The journey is far from over, but with continued advocacy and education, the true medicinal power of these plants will be acknowledged and embraced.
However, the battle is not just against misinformation but also against those who actively work to disenfranchise farmers and advocates. Take Mike Parson, for example. His actions to ban medicinal THC are based on fallacies and lies, aimed at marginalizing those who use these herbs for their health benefits. This disenfranchisement extends to farmers who grow these medicinal plants, often facing legal and social challenges despite their efforts to provide natural, effective remedies.
These farmers deserve recognition, not stigma. They are at the forefront of a movement that could significantly impact health and the environment. Medicinal herbs have the potential to combat diseases, including cancer, and have been used for thousands of years in various cultures and religions. They deserve honor and respect for their medicinal and religious significance.
Moreover, these plants can play a crucial role in addressing climate change. By growing them organically and promoting microbial diversity, we can enhance their medicinal properties and contribute to a more sustainable environment. Additionally, these plants can be used to produce bio-friendly materials, such as clothing, further reducing our environmental footprint.
The time has come to end the stigma and propaganda surrounding medicinal plants. By recognizing their true potential and supporting those who cultivate them, we can create a healthier, more sustainable future for all.

Hash and tinctures have been around for centuries. There has always been concentrates. Also cannabis cannabinoids in their acidic form do not have any psychedelic or psychoactive effects and they can help in different ways when they’re in their acidic form too. THCA has shown to help seizures in the theta brain waves which are mainly focal and focal unaware seizures. CBD is really good for kids with dravet syndrome but not all kinds of seizures. As far as brain plasticity goes it’s pretty much changing all of the time. Seizures cause brain plasticity and psychedelics cause brain plasticity too. There’s 2 sides of plasticity. There’s maladaptive plasticity that’s bad for the brain and can create problems. Cannabis is like any other medication. Some people can have an allergic (that’s what they’d say on tv) to the medication. And just like all medications there’s different doses for different people. Giving your kid/teen benzos or epilepsy benzos are probably a lot worse than some cannabis.
In Brave New World, the government provides the perfect drug, Soma, to placate the populace. Add video games and Uber eats, and we night as well all be asleep. It's like mass hypnosis. When people swear by pot, is it they or the pot that's speaking.

Yall are going to listen to a doctor who lied during covid. Im smoking weed til the day I die
Any thoughts on Ashwagandha and THC together ?
i'm 22 now and through my whole life, i've never had a single cigarrete never tried any cannabis or marijuana of course i had depression and anxiety but i managed to deal with all this naturally. lately i noticed that i'd really wanna try hash just to feel how 'high' feels like but at the same time don't wanna get addicted or ruin my life.
Only benefit of cannabis is that keeps me away from alcohol other than that I would rather don’t smoke but I live currently in temporary very bad area and house share so I need something to relax.
If you get psychotic off weed there is another poison or problem involved.
Does anybody agree that Dr Huberman resembles the child actor in the Tom Hanks movie BIG. I feel he looks exactly like him.
Marijuana is an incredibly psychoactive until you get a tolerance and then it barely has an effect… like most substances
I actually see as much of a danger w tolerance as so many people have to smoke/dose higher and higher and they’re pretty much blunting the medicine by using it chronically..
Also it’s a good thing it’s becoming more potent for one reason which is you don’t have to damage your lungs w as much smoke..
Yes the smoking is the unhealthiest part about marijuana consumption so go for edibles if you use it and not every day to avoid tolerance..and things like insomnia withdraws
And balancing thc with cbd is key and probably why a lot of people get anxiety who only consume thc..
As my father would say. Everything in moderation.
I mean vaping 95% thc for 15+ years and got to say no psychosis or mental problems. But I realize I am really super angry when I don't smoke or try to quit but I always had anger problems so I don't know.
