even if you live in a unit i have grown just about anything in pots inside and on the balcony – i get sunrise to about 11 am sun – im on the gold coast qld and get the salt air too which i place clear plastic roof sheeting piecies to protect the plants from the wind -after watching your informative video ill be obtaining some more herbs as ive just started to tincture – i had my 8 year old granddaughters on the weekend playing with picking herbs and making a bath and mist sprays -they loved it

My late grandmother is illiterate but she always use pation fruit leaf as a medicine for her ,she always said pation fruit leaf keep his BP calm,she died at the age of 90's with no sickness.before she died she ask the cousins for the bath ,the new dress, arrange the hair after that she tell them not to cry as her time has reached (what her mean is she is going to die).

I want to grow my own herbs, but I cannot do this in my backyard because it's just sand or clay. Advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't like taking prescriptions and right now I am on one for hypertension. I also suffer from White Coat Syndrome severely.
