The world today lives in a dimensional world, we now live with 1080p/4k devices which causes someone like me who is photosensitive and triggers anxiety, i now use an old Playstation 3 which gives me my old self back before i even started having anxiety and panic attacks, the SMART TVs also cause this same panic and anxiety attacks so i stay away from them
If you are photosensensitive epilepsy like i do but it took a while to realise, you may get cold shoulders, cold body, cold feet etc, this can be caused by these photos you are seeing on these tv and phone devices, back in 2010 this wasnt an issue cause they didnt have the stupid HDR High dynamic range nonsense, we had glossy images which looked nice and didnt trigger anxiety
Get rid of the SMART devices like SMART Android and SMART TVs, PS4 and PS5 which use too many functionality that our human body cannot handle
My bro has a SMART TV and i tend to never watch on it cause it triggers anxeity so i only use the old dumb TV at hone which wont cause me to feel anxious and nostalgia
Ask me anything and im happy to help, i jus thought id let someone know as anxiety can be a right pain as it is difficult to do stuff too when your going through it

It s helpful to listen to you thanks .it s true anxiety could be helpful to avoid a danger or realize a task a work ect. But if the level of anxiety is high. It could be a danger for your health. What i do when i feel stress i try to have a deep breath and also i go out for a walk .then i feel a little better. But it s not always easy to have self control .i think you should learn what happens in your body and then practice what you name breathing. I m Richard coming from Lyon in France

I have breathing problems, a health condition that doesn't naturally let me take deep breaths. So deep breathing doesn't calm me it makes the anxiety worse because I can't naturally do it when I am calm.

Is it possible that this anxiety gets triggered just because you drank a lot of coffee?? Sometimes my anxiety doesn't even have any reason but i just feel panicky and my heart races … Sometimes it happens when im going to sleep. I dont want to take any medications and sometimes im just scared because even breathwork doesnt work. But yes in those times movement has helped me but its just a scary time and i overthink a lot during it.

It’s not about the email anymore. It’s all about my university life. I dropped myself to a low level school where there are four places for studying and each of them is just far like a star and a planet. Moreover, management and grading systems are unbelievable. They take over all my time and give nothing more than anxiety and tiredness. I also want to do many more things not just stick like a sloth is that university. I need to learn other things. Stresssss is invading and killing me every night. Save me from this
