I've avoided hangovers by taking aspirin (specifically ASPIRIN, not Tylenol or ibuprofen) and drinking two glasses of water before going to bed after a night of drinking. It really works because hangovers are primarily the result of dehydration. The water rehydrates you and aspirin helps to thin the blood a little leaving you feeling much better than you otherwise would.
Why not be natty and not cheat for ya body?
I've never gotten a hangover
