For essentially the most of my life consuming alcohol has been a weekend factor for me, and I’ve at all times loved it. Which begs the query.

If only I knew how easy it would be, it’s been over 2 years and I don’t have any cravings at all, for me the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first 30 days after go’ogling and following Steffon Barkload’s and quitting because I just wanted to.
Could you do a minimalist capsule wardrobe or some content on clothing?
I think I should go 100 days without sugar. My Father is Hungarian, so we had beer with supper. I do like some in moderation.
I actually quit drinking Oct 16 this year. My blood pressure was high and I figured my drinking contributed. I'm the same as you said. I don't think my skin is better or anything like that so I'm not all rah rah. Everyone around me drinks lol. I'm now on carnivore diet, no alcohol, workout 3 days a week, and the carnivore diet has cut my coffee intake down by about 90%! Congrats on over 100 days brother.

Great video as usual. I stopped drinking about 15 years ago. The hangovers were brutal. Felt crap for days. Between trying to find a taxi home to someone telling me recently they were paying £7.50 a pint in town, I can't say I miss it at all.
No alcohol = more holistic. Great job mantis brother
Thanks for sharing Jackson!
Personally I am still in my 20s and still feel the same.. wasting a whole day 'gettin-back-to-life' just ain't worth it imo
Thank you for your opening statement about not having a problem with alcohol. I dated a guy once who proudly stated that he was sober and hadnt had a drink in 12 years. Then later on told me he had never had a problem with alcohol. It was so diminishing to the struggles of so many. This was before i knew the term 'teetotaler' otherwise i would have told him he was using the wrong term lol
Great video pal! Great insights on productivity. Keep up the good work. I got a video for you later today. 💪🏼😉
