I really like the psychology trick. It's so true. You are gaining something your not giving anything up
Sobriety won't stop the sh¢t from hitting the fan.
But,it does increase your "duck" reflex speed.
You didn’t see the physical changes because you were only having 6 Mich ultras. Is that even drinking? Lol I’m just messing bro, proud of you keep up the fight
I lost 36kg in 9 months sober and now at 29 I’m in the best shape of my life. It also took a lot of dieting and training but I could never have done it without being sober

I was an alcoholic, but it began much like this guy. Just drank to have fun, make good memories, and enjoy myself. Then it became habitual. Still not out of control though. Here’s where it can get dicey in a hurry. I began going through some difficulties in my life which were stressing me out an unhealthy amount. That fun little habit began being used as a coping mechanism. Then the 4-6 beers turned into 4-6 shots. Those 4-6 shots turned into bottles. Before I could even realize what I had done, I had a BIG issue. Constant hangovers. Blackouts. And then came the withdrawal. Trust me when I tell you it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to battle. People don’t realize how slippery the slope is, and all it takes is a slight downhill slide into depression to almost ruin your life. Drinking ain’t worth it, and honestly I don’t miss it whatsoever anymore. I lost 20lbs, feel amazing, and it’s just a better way to live. If you’re reading this PLEASE be careful. This shit isn’t a joke, and it’s not fun getting sober when your body is dependent on it. I used to think I was missing out, but honestly it’s the other way around.
Overhang 😂 but this was really good stuff thanks!
Watched this video twice, it is a really good one
God Bless you for sharing your testimony! This was super inspiring. I plan on starting this journey after my birthday this year. Thank You! 💕
Day 362 of my one year challenge!!!
I just drink in the weekends Im 37 and healthy just depends on the person that’s all
One of the best thing I heard in college was "Alcohol is just borrowing happiness from tomorrow"
Alcohol POISON for slaves!!!!
6 years without any alcohol
I'm married. Pass the Damn everclear.
Alcohol is deeper rooted than any other drug on earth and almost everywhere you go, drinking is socially exceptable or even, expected.
Thank you 🙏🏽
LOVE & Appreciate the pure honesty in all of this!!!
Come back in 20 years once you've lived it.
Thanks man

Alcohol is literally poison for the body.

Thank you for the video!
Very good video, motivational and facts facts facts… Thanks for the motivation 😉.
Not eating carbohydrates brings the same skepticism as sobriety registers with drinkers
Im a alcoholic and I am now 7 weeks sober 😊
June 30th i got six months sober Feel better,no hang overs, money management is in line, and no dwi risk.
Muslims don't drink alcohol
I was doing the same thing. Now, no alcohol 10 days. Yes, feel so good when I wake up. Sleeping so much better. Had a headache several days, no more headaches now. Great video. I have my art to keep me busy. I wanted to stop my habit of drinking each night because I was starting to get acid reflux and I definitely have a new anxiety disorder, not worth drinking anymore.
This is brutally honest. Especially the part where you don't even know you're drinking with people you may not need to hang out with if otherwise sober.
I am 17 years sober. I equate it to this = " I don't drink bleach it's toxic. I also don't drink alcohol, that intoxicates me too.
How big alcohol gets a pass and big tobacco doesn't is beyond me. Its obviously a contributor to dementia.
Look into people like Manjit Minhas. She profits from selling cheap low quality poison to all of us. They produce an extremely cheap 45% vodka that only alcoholics and college kids drink. Pioneers in the growing ultra cheap beer/hard spirits category.
She's like a hero up here in Canada, even appointed as an Honorary Colonel. A slap in the face to all the men and women that served and now suffer from alcoholism and PTSD.
