What if I’m Batman?
Will I still fit in my bat suit?
It definitely causes water retention. Not sure why these “doctors” says it doesn’t
“All genders”?? Did you mean both genders? Because there are only 2, XX and XY… carry on.
Can I take creatine daily if I don't exercise?
Associated with increased DTH which is associated with increase prostate size. So if you have BPH, creatine MAY make it worse.
Just don't eat it straight out of the can in powder form. Follow the directions.
I somehow disliked this video. I’m gonna change it to a like.
I am avoiding now that I see these guys promoting it.

What if one take creatine but do not exercise?
What is you have a small
Kidney stone ?
I’ve been using creatine for the last two +months and I have definitely lost a lot of my hair. I have long hair and it is thinned out immensely. Freaking me out. And I just watched a video with a female doctor saying you can’t lose your hair. And then these doctors say you can’t lose your hair. But then I called The Life Extension company and you CAN INDEED create too much DHT, and I think that is what happened to me. I’m really bummed and I’ve stopped taking it. It’s gonna take forever for my hair to get back to what it was. My long hair has been my signature and the envy of many women. I am so sad that I took this for two months and it did this to me.
I would stay away from it if you have kidney stone issues….
I need solid evidence to show my dad, I'm also a teenager and they say it weightlifting stunts growth and Creatine will damage my kidneys too, I can't take whey protein either and use Ronnie Coleman as an example for too much muscle will make me immobile even tho Ronnie couldn't move properly because of his injuries.
Not blaming creatine in any way, I'll just state what I'm going through.
It's been 5 years since I started lifting and I never supplemented anything, even protein until like the 2nd year. Then after a while I started taking creatine, very moderately about 5g a day and making up for missed days, things like that. A year went by, I saw great improvements in my lifts and I noticed my muscles popped more than a year ago which I was very stoked about, but, not even a month later, I started noticing little bumps the size of a skittle chocolate under my skin, some even smaller. As time passed they grew larger and new ones formed rapidly, not knowing what to do I just started googling my symptoms to find it was Lipoma which a visit to the hospital confirmed. And just to clarify, lipomas are harmless fatty tumours between the skin and muscles if anyone is wondering. The doctor told me that physical trauma i.e lifting and exercise as a whole can increase it's growth but is not 100% certain of it. So I stopped working out and dropped my supplements immediately. I noticed that they too immediately stopped growing and multiplying. Knowing that I can get them removed if I wanted to, I just said fuck it and started working out without supplementation about a month after, which to my surprise did not cause any more growth even today (about 4 months laters). Now I'm not saying creatine caused the growth, but I think it's worth considering
Both genders! No such thing as 'all'
