I’ve read, ashwagonda should be taken for around a month or two, followed by a month or two off.
It is advised in Ayurveda to consume herbs in a cyclic period for say 2 months on and 2 months off. Please do not consume them for more than they supposed to be consumed. But if you want to use these herbs as part of your everyday life then make sure that the dose is low or you can it consume in cyclic periods.
My withdrawal was very noticeable and I'm familiar with withdrawal, having been a pain patient for many years. I take several other supplements as well so maybe that factors in. Either way, people should be aware of the possibility. Thanks for your video!

I literally started taking ashwahganda two weeks ago and my experience with it so far is a bit weird because safe for example when I take pre-workout, I used to feel high anxiety, but when I take pre-workout before the gym, I have no feeling at all I have no fear of feeling nervous or pressure or any stress like it’s amazing what this supplement can do but the negative effect is it gives me weird headaches during the day like at least an hour or 20 minutes of it then it goes away

For your size id say stop for 2 weeks and start again with 500mg and then stay at 700.

1000mg is way too much, balance is key.
Taking 1000mg might be excessive, similar to creatine's saturation process. I've found 500mg effective without the risks of a higher dose.
Which time of day did you take it? Thats very very important.
I do the tea and I only drink it periodically when experiencing high stress levels.
