Bro I still can’t see a hole on the streets …
what area is this where all the bars are?
How do these streamers get their video out of China, I thought there was a block on accessing the internet from china, or is there a way around the firewall for overseas visitors.
Better than any US city! Definitely!
From many friends who have experienced KTV in Shanghai. Be careful entering a KTV you might get rob by emptying your credit card. The trick is for their girls to go inside a room and she will allow their customer to touch their breast. When you are about to pay your bills someone will talk to you that they have caught you in CCTV that you touched the girl and it's illegal in China. Yes. It's blackmailing and not worth to go inside these establishment.
The alleyways of Shanghai are so beautiful. It looks like a fun city
The place you were looking for is called Xintiandi (pronounced shin tien de)… Btw, drink responsibly and Shanghai nightlife have never been said together in the history of Shanghai. LOL.
I have only experienced the nightlife in the US. I need to branch out!
We need more of these videos
Great vid! What visa did you get to stay there so long?
Nice vlog, what do you film these with?
So real, so chill. Love this video.
Heads up in pronouncing Chinese. You were at 新天地 – Xintiandi.
First, the "X" is pronounced like "shh", but said while your smiling. "Sh" by itself is just a normal "shh" sound, but when pronouncing the "x", you should notice the pitch is much, much higher.
Second, most syllables in Chinese end in a vowel, -n, -ng, or -r. Because of this, you were right that there are three syllables, as obvious by the three symbols (or hanzi). In this case, it is "Xin Tian Di". Once you break it down, it becomes much easier for someone who doesn't know the language to be able to pronounce it.
And so, the first syllable – xin – is pronounced like the body part (shin), but you say it while smiling. The second syllable – tian – is said kind of like a valley girl trying to say the number 10. The mouth starts too closed (thus making the /i/ sound), and you drop your jaw too much (thus making the /a/ sound). The final part – di – is simple. You say it just like the fourth letter of the alphabet.
Great job man exactly the content i was looking for
DECOUPLE FROM THE EVIL DICTATORSHIP
Where are all the bearded ladies and black supremacists? This land is foreign to me 🤷
LGBFJBFU2 🍺🥸
I see the city is beautiful and clean ! Thank you for sharing your video my brother 😁👍🏽
It looks so much better than American cities…there is a lot of anti China propaganda here in the West
This guy did not know where to go in Shanghai. He should have checked out the Chair Club or Shake. There is a blues club and some discos where they play funk and R&B. The House of Blues and Jazz down near the Bund also gets good people. There is a new place Billboard Live. Jz Club is also a very good place jazz and jazz funk. Jazz at Lincoln Center and the Blue Note also for jazz and blues.
Why are the comments of every video about cool places in China filled with a bunch of people complaining about the US (which it sounds like many of these folks have never been to)?
what drama you expected
Люблю ШАНХАЙ❤
@10:12…that girl is smoking.
Don't look Communist to me… what's up with that. I don't see too many old people, most people at night are young.
They are all well dressed. Visit miami at night and tell me the difference.
I like your commentary. Instant subscriber.
bro western media will have us thinking that what you showed us in this video is a lie. glad to see people showing what actual life is like there when i was there
you all are either fools or bots. China is a terrible place. Within 24 hrs of arrival, you have to call local police and register as a foreigner. you have to keep checking in with them and anytime you move or leave you have to check in again. They follow you everywhere you go. That's just for starters. They will knock on your door out of the blue, usually late at night, just to check your paperwork. All Chinese citizens treat you like an outsider and racism is off the hook. If you aren't Chinese, they stare at you, look at you weird and if you're filming anything, you cant send it out of country without them looking it over. If you look closely, there are people following this guy and they only allow him to film places they have set up for that stuff. Stop watching this guy.
Awesome man, need more Americans visiting China to give us a better perspective of China.
Have you been to dongguan?

The best city in the world
Hell yeah amigo! Looks like you’re having a great adventure. I’ve been wandering around asia for a pretty long time now. Fucking love it here. I know this is a huge generalization but Asian people make really nice societies. Polite, safe, innovative, affordable, etc. I’ve been meaning to go back to the states for months now but just can’t muster up the will to leave.
the guy didn't say money, he said mai-ni-chi-fan means he wants to treat you buy you food
Don't wonder 🤔 china's oil consumption is way higher for no good reason…
Angl00regime propaganda mouthpieces will never show this
Better than America
