I wish I could get fresh noodles that wide in London – we can get ho fun (about 1cm wide) or cheung fun (big sheets) but nothing in-between.
Can you share the location of the Pad Kee Mao auntie in Wongwian Yai? It's one of my favourite areas to just walk around and enjoy "real" Bangkok, and I hope to be back in January, so I'd love to try it!
