Why not use coconut milk too? Its higher in magnesium than coconut water (coconut water has more sodium than coconut milk). Magnesium is also an electrolyte. Eat a whole avocado sprinkled w salt for the other electrolyte (potassium) and you're actually getting some electrolytes in your body. It takes about 4 whole avocados to equal the full amount of potassium the body requires daily, but unless you're having a problem dumping electrolytes (like on keto diet) you shouldnt have to force feed yourself the 4900mg potassium daily. Don't bother w bananas for potassium. Bananas have like 300mg of potassium where an avocado has about 1000mg. Their reputation for being high in potassium is nonsense and probably started from a marketing campaign sometime in the past.
