Leon What happens to your right eye ποΈ? Is everything ok mate ?
I wish that they would educate people more when they are younger about how poisonous alcohol is for you. Iβve been two months alcohol free and I watch these videos to remind me what alcohol is and itβs a poison.
Thanks Leon!π
I started 12/31/23 itβs been 6 months I love itπ
Aloha Leon
Great video Leon. Thank you
Thanks for the videos! I stopped drinking altogether 17 days ago. I did it mostly to lose weight, and cut my drinking down to fairly low a few months ago, (though still daily!) so I haven't experienced the cravings. I lost a few pounds, nothing spectacular, and have had a sleep disorder for decades which didn't change. The best part about stopping drinking thus far has just been to know that I could do it, without nasty results!
Thank you for the great reminder, sir. This is day 20 with no alcohol, almost 2 months since I gave up cigarettes, and day 3 with no coffee. Abstaining from my "luxuries" has completely changed my brain, body, and overall health. I had to change my heavily diluted mind, in order to make these drastic changes, and it has been a great challenge. In the past, I would avoid challenges at all costs, but, now, it is all I want to face. Mindfulness, stoicism, and sheer will power have become my new addictions. Good luck to us all!
Today is Day 88 ! π Iβm beyond Thankful that God has lifted my obsession to drink β€ Thank you Leon for your motivation π
1. Alcoholism is not a disease;
2. Alcohol is ethanol, a drug;
3. Alcohol is addictive, chemicallly dependent (you do NOT have a disease);
4. Alcohol will not add anything to your life;
5. Alcohol is full of carbohydrates that will make you fat, full of sugar;
6. Alcoholic Anonymous is a cult;
7. Alcohol is toxic, so will make your body highly inflamed.
Thank you! Greetings from Brazil!
I've been a fan of Sober Leon for a few years. The hardest part of quitting booze (for me) has been other people. There are some people who simply cant believe you've quitted. They still do the same accusations – even years later. This is a massive 'trigger' to go back to booze. But you have to ignore them. They have their own problems. I'm not responsible for them.
Leon you are wrong about the worst being over in 24 hours. It took me no less than one week to stop hearing hallucinations and having serious psychotic disturbances. You would do well to not give medical sdvice like that if you dont know what youre talking about
Can Leon provide a video with evidence of his decade as an alcoholic? A lot of people have been questioning it
Great video, Leon! Quitting drinking for 30 days can have a number of positive effects on both your physical and mental health. Some of the potential benefits include improved sleep quality, increased energy levels, better concentration and focus, weight loss, improved relationships, saved money and improved overall health.πβ€
