My dad was an alcohalic. Thr doctor told him that his brain was drown in alcohal for too long and it shrink badly that he hasn't have much time left. He died a couple years later with many cronic deceases. Please quite drinking. Don't hurt yourself like my dad.

2 years sober for me. I was aspirating in my sleep. I was horrible when drinking,I'm done forever.
I go months and months without drinking and then, I buy a bottle of wine that turns into 2, followed by a nasty 2 day hangover and me feeling terrible and swearing it off. But then, I forget and months later get the bad idea to have a glass.

Im built different. Alcohol barely affects me. I can drink a whole bottle of tequila in a night and not get hangovers, not get violent, and feel sober again within hours. The only long term effects ive noticed are memory issues. Fixed after abstaining for just a few weeks. Alcohol is only bad if youre a bad person already. Its never made me shitty, because ive never been shitty.

A heart attack forced me to quit drinking. I didn’t do it every night but when my did, I’d drink 14 beers. The alcohol wasn’t the cause of the heart attack but I can’t do it anymore if I want to live. I miss it but I’m scared away from it and for a legit reason.
