I went to a part a couple nights ago and got pretty drunk… after I made it home and went to sleep I woke up 2 hours later with the single most intense pain I'd ever experienced in the region depicted in the thumbnail. My pain tolerance has always been very high my entire life and this almost made me want to scream. It only stopped after I soaked for a few minutes under a very hot shower and took some Ibuprofen. Easily top 3 worse pains I've ever experienced in my life. Alcohol had never done this to me before which is why I went looking into this. Does my above story sound like anything you guys have heard before?
But what about neck pain that starts IMMEDIATELY after you have a drink? My neck feels stiff and its muscles feel sore just 1 minute after I’ve had a drink.
I drink a lot of water, especially when I know I’ll be drinking alcohol, so it’s definitely not dehydration
