Awesome video as always! Special shout out to I think Stephanie for showing the photo of the factory area and launch area in the background. I used to think the high bays were closer to the launch area and it’s the other way around. I love these over all views for giving prospective. I also liked Ryan Hansons comments on the near catch abort. My guess is that Elon knew how much us space nerds would enjoy that. I’m only 13 minutes into this video and it’s quite awesome so far
RGV and flyovers have become very important; will send regular Mauricio oxygen funds. Didn't imagine it was an issue and wow to our community for such an amazing and immediate response.
Flame trench will only have one exit for the flames.
Yeah I'm a hang glider pilot in Australia and yes 10,000 feet is the limit with no oxygen. And you need a endorsement to ues it. Pilots can be laughing and giggling on radio the early stages of hypoxia. Purple on and under the fingernails is a good sing of lack of oxygen
You should be able to have the cylinders refilled at a local medical supply company
Masseys Florida.. parts of ship 12… Shockwaves reduce in corners..
Excuse me guys can you please wake up
Whoever gifted my membership thank you
Thanks Ryan,
‘Zack like’ breakdown of Elons ‘gaming slip?’
Re: 1 second from disaster!
Added to what I’d learned from the latest ‘Marcus House’ video
Totally love & truly appreciate all your work.
Watching the sanchez section rn. I haven't seen it for a while…is SN2 still kicking around ???
can check on local dive shop to see where you can fill your O2 tank up at. They may even have the facility to fill O2 tanks.
Be super careful when refilling the tanks!! At the U of Wash a student was refilling the scuba tank with air in the locker room. He had not properly screwed on the air filter (Aluminum on Aluminum threads which galled). The explosion flattened all the lockers to an inch deep. High pressure air is dangerous. Be safe.
Sucks to hear about the hypoxia you're experiencing. Didn't think it was much of an issue around 10,000 feet.
Now you're having to fund oxygen have you thought about reducing the amount of flights from weekly to every other week to stretch the funds further?
the new flametrench looks like it will be very asymmetrical in terms of how the exhaust is redirected on both sides. theres barely any space on the northside and a giant shallow ramp on the southside
Oxygen is good. Yay, oxygen!
Thank you RGV for another awesome Starbase Weekly Flyover! Also thank you to everyone in the community who supported the fund for the oxygen, your just awesome! & thank you to everyone who work so hard to bring us these updates every week! Thank you!!!!
Your choice if space innovation flourishes in 2025. Under Harris space will be delayed through excessive regulation. Just look at her political attacks against SpaceX. The choice is yours. Stop Harris
