If you want to say no and don't know the words… all you have to do is say "no thank you." Or "I don't want any." No particular reason required. I hate to bring it up but those examples you gave are pretty terrible, especially when it comes to teenagers. Just say, "no." That's all you need.

A few days ago i wanted to eat a piece a chocolate, so i took a piece of chocolate from the cabinet. The chocolate looked pretty sus, but i didn't think much about it. I thought it was just the design.
So I unwrap the plastic from the piece of chocolate and I cut it in half. There was this strange dark brown liquid that came out, little did I know it as alcohol. So I took a tiny bite of the chocolate.
And for the millisecond the chocolate was on my tastebuds, i tasted something acidic. It was the alcohol in the chocolate. So I rushed to the bathroom and ran my mouth down the sink with water until the acidic taste wore of my mouth.
And yes, I threw the chocolate away in the trash can.
Moral of the story: read the ingredients before eating something. Especially sus looking chocolate.
