Former heavy drinker here. Nothing in this video helps a hangover. There are no cures for a hangover. Do you want to not have a hangover? Do not start drinking or drink the same amount of water or electrolytes as alcohol consumed, followed by a good-sized meal. Worked for me for many years until I basically stopped drinking. Now I make a 12pk last months versus a few hours.
