I like tomato soup and grilled cheese together dunking it it’s great! But I only do it once in a while like on a cold wet chilly day in the fall. Or on a terrible snowstorm day when I’m out shoveling her hours on and off. grilled cheese and tomato soup is the best in cold climate time.

We know many food producers pay the FDA to allow addictive chemicals and compounds into their products, so we can agree that overeating is a problem beyond natural will power; but I disagree with your initial assessment that obesity is not dangerous. When we list all of the complications experienced by obese people, I feel your denial is reckless.
Having spent many years in Asia, I know quite a few people who make meals of plain rice, yet don't have the health problems you claimed would necessarily follow.
In sum, I agree with many things on your list, but some of your information seems to come from theory rather than reality.
Your definition of "Quality of Life" is absurd. Life is about experiencing a fulfilling life, not hiding in box surrounded by fearful demons, not "Quality of Death".

I have one big issue here: When you are talking about tomato soup, fruit and cereal you are actually not really talking about these dishes. Or rather, I could say you're talking about very Americanized versions of them. Fresh fruit, pure oat meal with berries and nuts as well as gazpacho (just to gie an example) are NOT unhealthy and you basically say so too. So, my point is, the premise of the video is off: Group those together into: Don't eat anything that's processed (or in can) and stick to fresh food. Think about where your food is coming from. And one additional point: I feel you're a bit generic when it comes to grain. There's a difference between white gran and whole grain and that should be pointed out as well. Just some thoughts, though I do appreciate how you try to differentiate the different effects.

I think there are starchy carbs (potatoes) and protein carbs (beans) and fatty carbs (tofu or avocados). I hold weight with starchy carbs but lose or maintain with protein carbs. Will experiment with tofu and broccoli to see if I hold or lose weight. Could be wrong. Will see.

I’m hungry all the time. I’m pretty skinny but I eat clean organic foods. Most carbs I eat is about 1 potato in a soup and some tree nuts each day. Lots of eggs and vegetables. Being hungry is bad? I eat 2/3 meals each day but I have to snack on fruit/ nuts so I don’t feel lightheaded btwn meals. My job is very active.

I have to say that you are wrong about some things. I have Chinese friends, they eat a lot of fat in their food. They have white rice with every meal, and use a lot of oils and fats in their food. They also eat a lot of vegetables, but to say that they got away with eating rice because they don't eat fat it wrong. I also have a lot of friends in Afghanistan, almost no one is fat and they eat bread with every meal. They also eat a lot of vegetables. The idea of keto makes sense and I am on a keto diet, but when I hear things like this and know that it isn't true, it makes me question all the rest of this wisdom
