Just so all of you who don't vape, no when the u. What finally got me to quit for whatever reason was spraying my cigarettes down, completely soaking them with wasp spray. Not sure why it was so effective.
I think people forget we don't know the long term affects of vapes and ESPECIALLY disposables. Disposables are the worst thing ever invented
I feel healthier smoking than I do vaping when I smoke sure I’ll cough a little then be fine but when I vape it just builds up phlegm in my throat and lungs as the liquid from the vapour just settles into your lungs and turns into phlegm that you’ll never be able to cough up 😂 plus smoking is way cheaper than vaping

Whatever you do, do not regret smoking/vaping/drinking in the first place.
