A possible major negative effect alcohol can have on your spiritual and psychological well being is that it creates karma in your spiritual nature. Karma in turn creates a karmic debt. And with that development of a karmic debt, an alcoholic karmic debt then becomes a spiritual burden expressed in a psychological weighted state of mind. A 94 year old nurse I hang out with who never did drugs or alcohol and is in astonishing good health told me, "When it comes to drinking, there is a devil in the bottle and he wants you dead." evidently that spiritual phenomena might as well be true. Since evil karmic essence resides in the bottle of alcohol. Even to the most scientifically minded individual , they too, could recognize future karmic treachery in a bottle of alcohol. Whiskey, vodka, gin or scotch to give a few examples..
I haven't had a drink since 1992. That being said, he's got to be kidding if he thinks people will watch this video and stop drinking. Most Americans are obsessed with alcohol! I am a server, and trust me, alcohol is worshipped more than the Jesus.
I decided to give up alcohol and feel amazing. I’m the designated driver among family and friends and honestly… I love it.
The biggest flex is being able to drink alcohol and not becoming alcoholic.
Alcohol sucks. In every way.
Hmmmmm ???

i never drank…until i started seeing your weird, rather perverse "oopsie" face on all your thumbnails…you are a big strong dude…stop posing like a simp bruv
My wife and I enjoy a little sip of red wine in the evenings few time a week. Is that bad?
9 times out of ten I have allergy symptoms within 3-4hrs of having a drink.
great
there is a very popular over the counter "hangover" pill, which is a combination of 3 things: acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) + antihistamine + aluminium hydroxide.
You are supposed to take one pill before and another after drinking alcohol… So the ad says..
They say in Africa they drink Gin and Tonics to reduce or put off mosquito
bites. Now this could be because body secretes more histamines when drinking, so unattractive to mosquitoes
this is not health advice do your own research
If you stop drinking you can save a fortune. The savings you can use to divert into some things you enjoy.
When you need an asthma puffer to have 2 beers you know you’re there.
Tom im surprised as your a health and fitness channel ive been following you for years your channel and 2 others were my guide to starting keto/if ive never felt better- just happen to read the comments and didn't realize so many alcoholics followed
true addicts looking for any excuse to keep drinking.
I guess there are exceptions, my folks are both 91 and drink like fish.
This is interesting considering most blue zones microdose wine almost daily…. Most demonize alcohol because they don’t trust themselves not to over-consume it and act a fool. Or they were alcoholics in the past. Overconsumption will definitely lead to excess calories and internal damage across the board. Microdosing on occasion at the dinner table with family, having good conversations and enjoying life is completely fine if you don’t have an issue and also have enough discipline not to over consume.
Love this education! Just a kind word of advice…I'd slow down on the botox.
Quit drinking 1/12024 for a great six months of getting in shape, dropping weight, improved mental toughness, which was outstanding, and saved money. Then I decided to drink again in June of that year. The next 6 months were a waste. I just procrastinated everything, spent days on my couch, 0 ambition, diet went right out the window, and my energy tanked. Quit again on 1/1/2025, by the 2nd week in I started to feel like I did before I started drinking again last year. Energy is up, mental clarity is up, saving money, weight is going down, diet is back on track, my goals are on track, starting to hit the gym again, my mood has just improved greatly. Definitely looking at alcohol differently now.
It makes me feel good and I don't die because I'm not in a university frat. But hey since we're all GOING TO DIE anyways, what's the point of all this
It is poison. That's why they use it to kill germs. It is toxic to biological life. And people are concerned about liver damage…..they should be worried about calcifying the arteries in their heart muscle with this sh*t.
I like the beard!
thoughts on L theanine and honey on reducing the effects of alcohol?
