I used to take morphine for my herniated disc. Then I began using it to get high but I don't feel like I got addicted at any point. I wouldn't have withdraws and when i didn't have it I would just be fine without it. I used it for like 4 months and then never took it again. Now I'm taking it again and I also don't feel withdraw neither the need to take it everyday.

Ciggs are addictive and sold at gas stations. Opiates like morphine are non toxic and dont hurt organs. They relieve pain. This obession with addictiveness is hurting people in pain who benefit from pain relief

For me, morphine makes me lazy, don’t wana do anything besides lay in bed and watch movies/youtube, def not worth getting addicted to compared to stimulants where I could actually go to work and do chores

I had morphine in the hospital after my surgery. I was waiting for more than an hour and it still did nothing. It didnt get me high or ease my pain at all.
I have been on morphine for 30 years , i stop and start them as i like . I have no addiction at all , then again i am in massive pain, im not a social junkie
The worst part of withdrawal is the sweating, diarrhoea, and ferocious anxiety. You will evaluate and judge yourself for every wrong you have ever committed to the point where you hate yourself.

What a doctor won’t tell you is when you are given codiene, your liver processes it and it becomes morphine.
Ya but if your in chronic pain it makes you happy because you get a temporary reprieve from the pain. You just have to literally control yourself. I was addicted bad back in my 20s but I kicked that shit myself.
I still do use it from time to time it’s just realizing it will become a problem if not watched very closely

I need morphine to help me wiyh my pain in my back…..
I’ve been on it for nearly a year now due to a bad motorbike accident that shattered my femur and broke 3 bones in the knee and I can tell the effects after long time are quite hard to deal with like confusion, feeling dizzy, nauseous and sometimes throwing up.
I try to stick to tablet form that I take 2 a day once in the morning and once at night and only take the liquid form when the pain gets too much but I am worried that after I’ve recovered I’ll be hooked so does anyone know of anything I could do to prevent it from happening?
As good as information videos are, as an ex user, I am super against giving absolutely any indication or description of what it is like to be on drugs, particularly opioids, what so ever. It can only serve temptation or curiosity. It is best just making sure it is a big no no and nothing less. Even the slightest curiosity can lead to a whole life lost.

Never try morphine it sucked didn't even get me that fucked up if you do try morphine snort the pill it will get you higher and you won't have a stomach ache
Thank you for the information. I have a vomitting condition and the doctors give me this when I am having a bad stomach attack. It is the only relief I get from pain.
